There are hundred types of Arthritis in which two main divisions are immediate variety. It is temporary resemble the symptoms of burning, cutting or breakage of some part of the body. Another type is long time variety which can prolong for years. About more than 10 lakh people are suffering from this disease in the world.
Osteoarthritis: Usually occurs in the older age group due to structural changes in the articular cartilage in the joints such as the spine and knees. Symptoms of Osteoarthritisare pain and stiffness in the joints. Causes are Malnutrition, physical stress, obesity, calcium deficiency, glandular insufficiency and shortage of hydrochloric acid.
Rheumatoid Arthritis: Effects joints of the fingers, hips, knees, wrists, feet, muscles and other tissues of the body. Symptoms  of Rheumatoid Arthritis are constipation, colitis, anaemia, low blood pressure, gall-bladder disturbances, deformed hands and feet. Causes are Hormonal imbalance, infection, physical and emotional stress, severe fright, shock and injury.

Causes of Arthritis

1. Excess body heat and lack of rest also main cause for arthritis.
2. Different joints, tissues,  muscles gets effected and pain starts.
3. Heavy manual jobs also main cause for gout.
4. Intake of too much sweets due to sucrose present in the sugar.
5. high blood pressure.
6. consumption of alcohol.
7. Excess weight.
8. Accidents or serious injury.
9. Hormonal changes.
10. Hereditary factors.

Prevention for Arthritis and Joint Pain

1. Nutritious food should be taken.
2. Eight hours sleep must be taken.
3. Yoga cures this problem.
4. Raw ladyfinger eat 1 piece per day to keep joints healthy.
5. Take more calcium and nutritional food.
6. Take fruits, vegetables and green leafy vegetables for protection and proteins and carbohydrates for energy.
7. Take carrots, cauliflower, cabbage, beets, cucumber, lettuce, tomatoes, radish, celery, mushroom, spinach, beans, peas and turnips.
8. Follow yogic asanas.
9. Lime and Pine apple juice has also been used as home remedy for arthritis.

Home Remedies for Arthritis and Joint pain

*Bananas are very useful  for arthritis and gout. The patient should eat three days only 8 or 9 banas whole day nothing else.
*Cut garlic cloves and rub the effected parts. Garlic oil absorbs through the skin and reaches the effected area.
