*9 months to 1 year 3 to 6 times
*After 1 year 2 to 4 times or as require or advised by doctor.
Home Remedies to Increase Breast Milk
*Raw lettuce has important nutritional factor, folic acid which has highly beneficial effect during pregnancy and lactation (breastfeeding). Mother who eats lettuceregularly were free from nutritional anaemia. It prevents from habitual abortions.
*Eating lettuce with peas, spinach, asparagus and cauliflower increases the folic acid or vitamin B content of the food. During last trimester of pregnancy about 300-500 mcg of this vitamin is daily required.
