Egg Curry and Egg Cutlets


Dear Readers, Today I will teach how to make Egg curry and Egg cutlets. We can make different varieties with egg. Egg noodles, egg roll, egg sandwich and egg salad with hard boiled eggs. Egg is healthy protein food and suitable to all age people including children.

Eggs                                              4 or 5 
Potatoes                                        200gm
Coconut                                         half
Onions                                           100gm
Tomatoes                                       50gm
Green chilis                                    4 or 5
Red chili powder                             5gm
Coriander powder                           10gm
Cumin seeds powder                      10gm
Ginger paste                                  half spoon
Garlic paste                                   half spoon
Coriander leaves                           1bunch
Curry leaves                                 spring
Turmeric                                      half spoon
Cardamom                                   2 or 3
Cloves                                         5 piece
Oil                                               50gm
Salt                                             to taste
Hard boiled eggs put in cool water and crack the shell clean and keep aside. Grate and grind coconut take extraction of milk. Slice onions, tomatoes and cut green chilies into pieces. Peel boiled potatoes.
Heat the oil on low flame. Add onions green chilies and all other ingredients except coconut milk, potatoes and eggs. Fry well till light brown. Add coconut milk cook on low heat add eggs and potatoes. Cook on low heat for 10 minutes. Delicious egg curry is ready to serve.

Eggs                                              4 or 5
Onion                                            50gm
Green chilies                                  2 or 3
Turmeric                                        half spoon
Bengal gram flour                           50gm
Oil                                                 to fry
Salt                                               for taste
Bengal gram                                  200gm
Cumin seeds                                  10gm
Coriander leaves                            1bunch
Curry leaves                                  spring
Wash gram and boil. Slice onions and cut chilies into small pieces. Heat little oil and fry onions, turmeric, salt, and green chilies. Add boiled Bengal gram and mash to a pulp. Add coriander leaves, curry leaves and cumin seeds.
Hard boiled eggs cut into quarters. Divide gram mixture into small balls place quarter egg in the centre and shape it. Coat with gram flour and fry till golden brown color. Hot Egg Cutlets ready to serve. Can eat with tomato sauce.
