Women generally neglect about their health while they busy to fulfil responsibilities at home and outside. Men also have so many responsibilities and they work for 14 to 16 hours daily which leads to health problem.

Because of this reason Women and Men both suffer from pain in neck, weight gain, joint pain, fatigue, stomach related problems and other health problems. This is one the main cause for hair loss. They need to take nutritious substances.

They take very less nutritious food as they like to take fast food to save time which results in health problems. This reduces nutritious substances in their body and they face serious consequences. Therefore, it is necessary to have nutritious food, sprouts and vitamins daily on time to time.

Take morning time light steamed sprouts adding lemon and salt. Take two almonds, two dry raisins and one plum early morning on empty stomach which contains vitamin B Complex, C, E Carbohydrates, protein, minerals, enzymes and Omega 3 fatty acid. Take shrubs and herbs as well. Wow it is not time consuming but healthy and tasty food 🙂

Herbs and shrubs juice provide various enzymes and brings enthusiasm. Take beetroot juice and wheat grass for good health and prevention from different kind of diseases. It also reduce stress. Beetroot juice gives power to digestive system and prevent from ulcer.

Round gourd and Avala juice is excellent for good health. Round gourd helps to get rid of toxic elements in the body and keep our body cool. It is very beneficial for hot body. Avala contains vitamin C, which prevent different diseases.

Eat Idli, Brown rice lunch, wheat, fruits and vegetables to get physical strength. For dinner take sprouts, Chapati with vegetable for dinner. Take steam cooked cauliflower and tomato salad before dinner as it provides nutrition in good amount. Take vegetables pasta, chapatti, porridge and sprouts for breakfast.

Take Mint or Lemon Tea for brain health. Sandal gives relief to nerves. Fruit juice massage is beneficial for brain health. Mix sandal oil in water and take bath. Take little long shower after coming from work to refresh nerves.

Practice meditation 30 minutes everyday as it is good for mental health. Follow light exercise everyday. Don’t take more stress and pressure. Close eyes and relax body and mind for few minutes in between work regularly after every two hours. Try to be happy always.

    You are so right. We as women tend to take care of others before we take care of ourselves. If we are really busy, which is the case almost daily, we run out of time in the day to care for ourselves.

    You have some very good points on how we can simply take a bit of time throughout the day in order to take care of our health. Stress and pressure does indeed cause illness if we do not address our health and limit these things.
