The main reason for this disease is acidic elements increases in the body , which leads to joint pain. In this case, oxalic acid is produced form acidic elements of the blood in more quantity. This causes swelling in the body, stiffness and pain and the blood becomes impure.

Triphala powder is good remedy to clear stomach. Add 100gm table salt and 100gm magnesium salt in hot water in the bathtub. Lie down in the tub for 30 minutes and with towel massage gently all joints. Wet one towel with normal water and keep on head as long as you inside the tub. If you feel hot take cold water bath and if you feel cold take Luke warm water bath.

Take vitamin A vitamin B contain food. Eat spinach, tomatoes, vegetable or juice which contain oxalic acid.

Take raw vegetable juice like cucumber, carrot, gourd, ginger and fruits like apple, sweet lime, orange, pomegranate, grapes etc, to get rid of joint pain, stiffness and swelling.

Take ginger and garlic and extract juice. Add half spoon honey with one spoon garlic and one spoon ginger juice and take it daily 2 times. This reduces windy problem its also good to add ginger and garlic while cooking.

Add two spoon olive oil in salad and to get vitamin D and vitamin A.

Take ginger and garlic in this disease, add good quantity of ginger and garlic in daily cooking. Can take raw in juice form as well.

Practice Yoganidra daily for 30 minutes. To enjoy sound sleep and relax the whole body.
