Dear Readers, Here are few effective home remedies for joint pain and swelling of joints. It has no side effect and safe to use. Now a day out of 100 people 70 are complaining about joint pain and arthritis.
- Take lime juice mix honey in it and apply on aching joint three times daily and leave it. When you apply this remedy for children add turmeric in lime juice.
- Take brinjal cut into two parts. Dip in ghee and fry on a pan this is very beneficial to fomenting the aching joints. When it applies on joints it gives quick relief.
- Soak tamarind in little water extract thick paste and add one tea spoon turmeric and warm it on the fire do not boil. Now add a lot of rock salt and apply gently on aching joints and parts. Repeat the same once in a week.
- Soak turmeric in water and make paste. Take quicklime, few pieces of camphor, fresh garlic paste and mustard oil. Mix all and stir well now apply on all joints and body parts where aching.
- Take warm mustard oil add camphor in it and give massage to joints. It helps to increase the blood flow in the affected area and reduce swelling.
- For fingers stiffness, hold a lump of rock salt in the fist for 10 minutes by compressing with fingers twice in a day.
- Take wheat poultice over the affected part and then take wheat flour and mix with a cup of water. Put this batter on a pan which is on fire. On the batter sprinkle rock salt, Sesame oil two tea spoon, pinch of turmeric and caraway seeds. Remove from the pan and apply on the joints and on the affected the top side of the batter while it is bearable hot. Te bandage.
- To get relief with the sprained muscle massage with kerosene or turpentine.
- Take mustard oil and boil with nutmeg (jaiphal) let it get cool and store it. whenever feel joint pain massage with this oil for 10 minutes.
- To get relief from painful joints drink copper charged water. We can store water in copper vessel and drink it early morning on empty stomach.
- Take a glass of warm water and add one tea spoon fenugreek seeds powder and take it every morning on empty stomach to get rid of swellings joints.
- Soak few pieces of liquorice of in water and drink this liquid on empty stomach morning. This remedy is excellent for chroming joint pains.
