Thighs Massage Method
Waist and thigh massage is important. Stretch the leg and keep on small stool which is one feet high. With the help of palms apply oil on waist and thighs, massage both thighs then start massaging waist muscles.
Hand Massage Method
Apply oil on both the hands and massage gently. Press the right hand with the help of left hand thumb. Press it, move the joints carefully and pinch it. Give jerk by holding every finger with help of other hand. Rub the fingers for few minutes. Twist the wrist and massage in circular motion with the help of other hand.
Arm Massage Method
Apply oil on arms and start massage. Press it by moving the hand in rhythm. Press the other hands fingers in bangles shape. Repeat the same 7/8 times. In circular motion move the hands and massage elbow. Press the joints and move the flesh. Press thumbs and fingers. Repeat the same 5 times. Then start giving jerks, pats and vibrations. Shoulders press in circular movements. Give massage and press it. With the help of hand press the muscles. Start punches, jerks and pats. Repeat the same on the other arm.
