Hand or dry towel is used in this form. One can use rubbing massage themselves after taking bath. If some one has suffered a shock or unconscious due to cold rub on arms and legs as it helps to increase blood circulation.
Tap tissues and muscles with soft hands to give releif to muscles pain and headache.
Mental tension get cured by pressing massage. Muscle pressing of back bone, calf and thigh makes the muscles active and expand the nerves. Pressing also gives relief in case of headache.
Keep right hand o the upper body and on the lower body left hand and massage gently with both hands by rolling in opposite directions. By this massage muscles becomes active and strong.
This form is effective on back muscles, headache and on all over the body. It is very effective on legs, hands and on head and the person gets deep sound sleep. On lower abdomen shake massage is very effective and after enema when toxic materials washed out.
This massage is very useful on thigh, back, buttocks and it is also useful to cure insomnia.
Cure Diseases with Massage
Massage makes the internal organs healthy it fulfilled the vitamin D deficiency. Resistance power gets increase which gives energy and power. It destroys kaff, vat and pitt. Massage cures insomnia, constipation and improves digestive system. It mend the bone which have moved away from its place.
Give massage in the beginning for 15 to 25 minutes then increase to 60 minutes slowly. Once in a week massage is must to maintain physical and mental health.
