- Shaking: This form is effective for headache, back muscles and for all over the body. It result in sound sleep. Shaking is very useful for lower abdomen.
- Pressing: Menatal tension can get relieved by press massage. Pressing muscles of calf, thigh, and near backbone. Results in nerves expansion and activeness. Pressing massage can be done for headache and body ache.
- Rolling: Keep right hand on upper body and left hand on lower body and maggage by rolling in opposite direction with both the hands. Muscles become strong by this massage.
- Patting: This massage is very beneficial for thigh, buttocks and back which help to cure insomnia.

Massage makes internal organs healthy. Childrens vitamin D deficiency will get fulfilled. Resistance power and energy increases. Massage cures constipation and improves digestive system and cures insomnia. It also help to re-establish bone which has move away from its place. In the beginning massage should be for 20 to 25 minutes. Then increase to 30 to 50 or 60 minutes.
