*The patient should remain undisturbed and sleep well.

*If the patient gets intuition of attack then he/she should rest in dark and quite place.

*The patient should not get tension or stress and live without any kind of burden.

*Exercises yog is very beneficial in such cases.

*Prevention is better than cure if the patient is able to detect the triggers.

Ripe grape juice is an effective remedy for Migraine. Need to take grape juice early morning on empty stomach for three months or tiil get complete cure from Migraine.
