Obesity serious health hazard as the extra fat puts a strain on heart, liver and kidneys. The person who consume excess food without hunger and lead a sedentary lives as well as the hips, knees and ankles bears large weight, ultimately shortens life span.
Almost everyone has become a fitness freak. Obesity is common in people these days. Obesity can occur at any age in either Sex. Overweight leads to many diseases like diabetes, arthritis, heart problems, blood pressure, liver,  joint pain, knee pain and gall bladder disorders.
Among women after pregnancy and at menopause obesity occurs. During pregnancy women gained 12 kg of weight. In some cases remain this weight. They become obese with each succeeding child.

The main cause of obesity is over eating, the intake of calories beyond the body’s energy requirement. these people fail to adjust their appetite to reduce energy requirements and gains weight continuously.
People who are bored, lonely, unhappy, social and financial standing usually tend to over weight. Thyroid or pituitary glands also leads to overweight in some cases. Basal Metabolism rate is low in such persons and they keep gaining weight. They need to take proper low-calorie diet.

Steps to follow for Obesity Prevention

1.Chew food properly until it practically swallows itself. Sit with an expert to know about food qualities and calories and make diet chart to follow.
2.Never take heavy food until feels hungry. One can check and join weight loss program if necessary.
3.While eating keep yourself tension free. Do not eat when worried, angry, stress and tired. Don’t think about unpleasant subject while eating.
4.Take 1 glass water before meal and 1 glass water after 1 hour of meal. Keep your mouth close while chewing food.
5.Follow regular exercises.Walk at-least for 30 minutes per day early in the morning or evening time. You can choose any form playing out door games, swimming and jogging if health is in good condition it helps to reduce fat.
6.Before begins to reduce weight must take expert advice as one cuts down on the food, it can be dangerous due to imbalance of required calories and other elements. It may affect ones hair, eye sight and skin due to lack of nourishment.

Treatment with Home remedy for Obesity and weight loss

1.Bananas with skimmed milk is very effective for weight reduction. Need to take 5 bananas with 3 glass of skimmed milk in breakfast for 12 days. After 12 days reduce one banana count after every 3 days till comes to 1 count. Bananas are excellent fruit for weight loss as they contain practically no sodium.
2.Luke warm water with honey and lemon early morning every day help to lose weight and Obesity without loss of energy and appetite. It also effective for constipation and hyper acidity.
3.Tomatoes are very useful for the treatment of obesity. Take 3 or 4 tomatoes in break fast for couple of months is safe weigh loss home remedy. It also preserve the health by supplying the essential food elements.
4.Cabbage has valuable content called tartronic acid which converts sugar and carbohydrates into fat. Taking cabbage salad every day for breakfast is simplest way to stay slim, an excellent home remedy for diet.

    Wow very nice post, I read many articles on weight loss but its one the best with all information, which a any overweight person want to know. I am also trying to lose some weight, got small success but lot more to go. Cabbage and tomatoes are main part of my salad and soup. But Sazia, i always take Banana as weight gaining food, after reading your article i think i need to think again on banana.

    Due to some health issues i dont drink milk regularly, do eating banana alone will help me same way or do you suggest any other way to eat banana? Please let me know that will help.
