Never massage immediately after a meal as the stomach should be empty. If any wound or kind of swelling in the stomach then it is better to avoid massage. Be very careful while doing stomach massage as it is very delicate place in which organs and vital organs are present.
Stomach Massage Method
For stomach, massage takes oil and apply on the stomach then press it carefully. Start with the lower part and move the hands slowly in the upward movement. Bend the hands to the left side and move it towards the stomach, press the spleen and move the hands downward then move it to the right side. Press the hand and move it to the center and slowly give pressure to the abdomen as heavy pressure will cause pain. Ask the person how much pressure they can bear.
Along with the hand movement, the large intestine moves in synchronization. Start it from the right lower side corner of the stomach and passes below the liver side and move towards the stomach. Move the hands downwards then move it up on the right side then bring down straight and move to the rectum. Repeat the same 7 times.
Now press the stomach muscles and move both the hands just like a roller. Keep both hands on the navel and rotate it in circular movements from right to left side. Again rotate both hands in circular motion and bring it to the left intestine.
Move the hands in same circular movements on the large intestine in the same way. Repeat the same three times. Pat, scrub it in such a way that stomach should get relax.
On the right joint all the fingers and keep them on the navel give vibration carefully and press the stomach with the help of fingers and move towards left side
Again join the fingers and keep both the hands in between the ribs, press and bring it to the lower abdomen and press slowly. If it is necessary and more fat on the stomach then repeat again the same steps. It depends on how much the person can bear it as it always should give relax not the pain. Rectum and Facial Massage
Along with head massage, facial massage should be done. First, apply oil on the face and spread all over. Apply on neck and below chin area. Start massaging with help of fingers and thumb slowly press the eye surroundings. By pressing both sides of the nose and move the hands in upward movements up to the nose. Now move towards cheeks and massage in circular motion.
Put two drop oil in the ears and give vibration slowly. Put one drop oil in each nostril and press the and take deep breathe. To cure cold and eyesight this massage is beneficial. Few oils are not suitable to put in nose and ears please check with expert/doctor or do research before using this method.
On the rectum apply mustard oil. Massage the surrounding area carefully in circular movements which are excellent to get rid of urinary problems. Rectum massage prevents piles and constipation.
While doing facial massage press slowly on all sides of eyes do not press eyeballs. Move the second last and middle fingers on the eyes slowly I circular movements so that the person should feel the relax. Rub the eye surrounding area gently and rotate the fingers on the whole face. Facial massage also improves eyesight. Before taking bath massage the face without oil every day to prevent pimples and acne.
