- Take herbal oil, heat the oil lukewarm and apply it on the scalp gently.
- Do the massage with all the fingers of both hands in a clockwise direction. Finger tips should touch the scalp gently while doing massage.
- Do the rotations massage with the help of fingers and thumb on all over the scalp.
- Do the pinching massage gently scalp should not get hurt.
- Now do the rubbing and tapping massage on all over the scalp.
- Pull the hair lightly from the roots as the scalp should not feel pain but it should give relax.
- With help of both hands, thumbs do the criss-cross massage on the scalp.
- Behind the ears on the occipital bones, do the clockwise and anti-clockwise massage with all the fingers of both the hands.
- On the shoulders allow butterfly massage.
- Now do the vibration and friction massage.
- On the acupressure points give pressure gently.
- Massage with all the fingers of both hands as we comb hair.

Neck Massage Steps
- Massage with both the hand’s fingers in upward movements and give the butterfly strokes on the neck.
- Do the vibration and friction massage gently with the help of both hands.
- Do the tapping and pinching massage.
- Keep one hand on the neck and with the help of another hand massage in ‘8’ and ‘S’ shapes.
- On the collar-bones, do the pressing and pinching massage gently.
- On the shoulders, do the clockwise and anti-clockwise massage.
