Stuffed Mutton and Stuffed Chicken


Dear Readers, Today Let’s learn how to make stuffed mutton and stuffed Chicken. There are different varieties which we can make using same ingredients like chicken casserole, stuffed chicken parmesan, bake stuffed chicken breast, spinach stuffed chicken breast, Mutton casserole stuffed. Stuffed Mutton and Stuffed Chicken

Stuffed Mutton 


Mutton                                       500 gm

Refined flour                               10 gm

Pepper                                        pinch

Salt                                            as required

Fat or Dalda                                30 gm

Stuffing Ingredients

Fresh Breadcrumbs                      30 gm

Butter   or oil                               20 gm

Mixed herbs                                1 tea spoon

Lime juice                                   1 spoon

Parsley                                        1 spoon

Egg                                              1 piece

Pepper                                          to taste

Salt                                              to taste

Turmeric powder                           half spoon

Milk                                              15 ml


Wash meat 2 times and third time add turmeric and little salt and wash. Remove the bones or buy direct boneless Mutton. Prepare stuffing. Keep the vessel on the fire add little oil in it then add bread crumbs fry for sometime then add all other stuffing ingredients cook on low heat.

Stuff can be use without cooking as well but it gives different taste. Prepare as per your wish.

Give seasoning and spread meat spread season on it then place stuffing.

Roll up carefully to tuck in any stuffing. Tie carefully with a string. Keep for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes place the Mutton rolls in the baking tin. Spread little oil on that. Baste with dripped and cook in an oven about 190 degree C. Reduce temperature to 160 degree C after 12 minutes and cook till done.

From tray remove extra fat and remove the string.

Keep a vessel on fire add dalda then refined flour to it fry till get brown in color. Give seasoning add pepper and salt. Add a glass of water. Stir well until it get boil. Strain it and serve with meat.

Stuffed Chicken

Same ingredients and same stuff need to use the only difference is in place of Mutton use Chicken. It can be serve hot or cool as per your taste.

After eating Chicken take 1 glass lime water as it keeps all stomach problems away 🙂
